Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch , whichever occurs first. 
   
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 
   
• If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days . 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled . However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy . 

Order Modifications 

At this time, we do not support modifications to orders, including changes to products or delivery addresses, once an order has been placed. If eligible, you may cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
